Lions Rehab Center, a 101-bed skilled nursing facility in Cumberland, Maryland, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an RN at Lions Rehab Center, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives while working in a supportive and team-driven environment.

As a Registered Nurse at Lions Rehab Center, you'll be a cornerstone of our clinical team, providing hands‑on care, critical assessments, and clinical leadership. You'll collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the dignity and support they deserve.

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

Assess and monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team

Document accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)

Follow all policies and procedures of the facility

Serve as charge nurse when assigned

Participate as required in quality assurance and performance improvement activities

Attend all required educational activities and meetingsMaintain confidentiality of resident and facility information

Demonstrate respect of resident rights and dignity

Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland or Multistate

Prior experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus—but we'll train the right candidate

Competitive Pay: $35 - $39 per hour
