Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Contract Recruiter (Long-Term Temporary) to join a company in Irvine, CA.
Schedule: HYBRID: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Long-Term Contract Opportunity
Recruiter to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business functions.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), JazzHR.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support recruiting efforts across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Corporate Functions, Finance, and other professional-level positions.
Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably JazzHR.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
