My Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex heavy civil, utility, water, wastewater, underground infrastructure, and microtunneling projects throughout New York City and the surrounding metropolitan region.
Manage multiple heavy civil and underground utility projects from award through closeout.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls.
Lead project teams including Superintendents, Engineers, Foremen, and subcontractors.
Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Manage change orders, claims, risk mitigation, and procurement activities.
Monitor project productivity, equipment utilization, and labor performance.
Lead client meetings and provide regular project reporting.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with estimating and executive leadership on project planning and execution strategies.
Support trenchless, tunneling, shaft construction, and microtunneling operations as required.

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued between $5M and $100M+.
• Strong knowledge of underground utilities, water, sewer, transportation, or trenchless construction.
• Experience with public agency projects and contract administration.
• Proficient with CPM scheduling, project controls, and cost forecasting.
