As our Sales Manager, you will lead and scale a multi‑vertical sales team across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical, driving both performance and accountability.
Own revenue outcomes across all sales verticals
Coach and develop a team of high‑performing sales professionals
Build a predictable, scalable sales engine
Leadership & Coaching
Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Revenue & Performance
Own forecasting accuracy and pipeline health
Sales Process Excellence
Ensure consistent execution of sales process, discovery, and presentation
Maintain 100% follow‑up discipline and CRM accuracy
Increase multi‑trade attach rates (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead flow and capacity
Ensure clean handoffs from sales to install
A fully sold‑out board and predictable pipeline
Customers who confidently say “YES”
5+ years in sales, with 2+ years in leadership
Strong preference for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or home services
Elite coaching and team development ability
Strong command of sales metrics and KPIs
Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, etc.)
Obsessed with improving people and performance
Loves building people and performance
