TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified IMC RN in Lancaster, South Carolina, 29720!

Registered Nurse – Neuro/PCU (Stepdown)
Contract | Nights | 4x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every other weekend required
Provide direct patient care on a Neuro/PCU stepdown unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4–5
Monitor and assess neurological and progressive care patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
Perform telemetry monitoring in accordance with unit competency requirements
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic electronic health records
Float within scope to meet facility needs, including like units, as required
Participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June–November) as directed
Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Neuro/PCU or comparable stepdown setting
Demonstrated telemetry competency required
prior travel nursing experience preferred
Experience with Epic electronic health records charting system
Flexibility to accommodate varying unit scheduling needs, including block schedule requests (subject to approval)
