This 13-week Physical Therapist opportunity is based in Eugene, Oregon, a lively university city known for its beautiful natural surroundings, strong sense of community and emphasis on outdoor recreation and wellness. This role is in an outpatient-focused setting with a strong emphasis on general orthopedics. You will work primarily day shifts, Monday through Friday, with 5 eight-hour days and an expected full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week. Your typical day will involve evaluating and treating a variety of orthopedic patients, including those with post-surgical conditions, chronic musculoskeletal issues and acute injuries. You will develop and implement individualized plans of care, focusing on functional outcomes and evidence-based practice. Patient loads are designed to be manageable, allowing for quality one-on-one care, thorough education and appropriate documentation. You will collaborate closely with a supportive team that may include other physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and administrative staff. The environment is geared toward patient-centered care, open communication and shared problem-solving. The outpatient clinic culture emphasizes professional respect, ongoing learning and a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for patients.
