Corporate Governance & Compliance Paralegal

Paralegal Position
The Paralegal provides legal and administrative support to the Legal Department by assisting with contract administration, corporate governance, litigation support, regulatory compliance, records management, and legal research. This role partners with internal business functions to facilitate legal processes while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Contract Administration

Draft, review, and format standard legal contracts, documents and agreements.
Coordinate the contract review and approval process.
Maintain contract databases and document repositories.
Monitor contract expiration and renewal dates.
Track legal requests and contract status.
Maintain corporate records and organizational documents.
Prepare board and committee materials as requested.
Litigation & Claims Support

Assist with litigation holds and document preservation.
Coordinate document collection for legal matters.
Maintain litigation files and calendars.
Track legal deadlines and case status.
Regulatory Compliance

Assist with compliance initiatives and reporting.
Maintain legal policies and procedures.
Monitor regulatory filing deadlines.
Support compliance audits and investigations.
Legal Research

Conduct legal and factual research.
Summarize legal findings.
Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations.
Administrative Support

Schedule meetings and coordinate legal calendars.
Maintain confidential legal files.
Support department projects as assigned.
Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
3-5 years of corporate or law firm paralegal experience preferred.

• Experience supporting in-house legal departments strongly preferred.
• Contract management experience preferred.
