What You’ll Do

Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness

Verify income, identification, title, and supporting documentation

Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams

Follow company policies and regulatory requirements

Manage multiple loan files in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Working closely with Underwriting, Sales, and Funding teams.

Follow up proactively on outstanding conditions and documentation

Help deliver a smooth and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Clear and professional written and verbal communication

Google Workspace, and web‑based tools

Reliable, accountable, and team‑oriented mindset

Preferred (but not required)

Experience in loan processing, underwriting support, or financial services

Background in customer service, administrative support, or data entry

$17.00/hour base pay + Monthly performance‑based bonus opportunities
