Inpatient Behavioral Health / Department Expectations

Adults Wide range of diagnoses, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other psychiatric conditions. Teamwork, high emphasis on building therapeutic relationships with patients. Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Add additional preferred qualifications Minimum 1 year of RN experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Duties will include medication administration, care documentation, interdisciplinary team treatment planning, 1 to 1 patient communication, advocating for patient needs.
