You'll inherit a winning team of experienced Technicians, Servicewriters,a strong customer base, and the exciting challenge of growing our main Retail shop and the Fleet shop into Lakeland's premier retail and commercial fleet service center.

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maximizing department profitability, and managing a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.

Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and profitable workflow.

Manage, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of technicians and service advisors.

Act as a key point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring clear communication and a seamless customer experience.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional service.

Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to increase productivity and customer retention.

Ensure proper documentation of all service transactions and maintenance of accurate service records.

Continuously seek ways to enhance the dealership’s reputation through positive customer experiences.

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.

Proven experience managing a service department or team within a dealership or automotive environment.

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
