Substitute School Custodian

Substitute Custodial WorkerPay rate: $14.25/hr.Description: Cleaning to include various areas of school district utilizing different types of equipment from vacuums to floor machines.Job Summary: Member of Kirtland Local School District's Substitute Custodial call list.Qualifications for Position: Prior custodial experience preferred but not required. High School Diploma. Knowledge of floor care. Knowledge of hand and power tools. Required to use hand power tools and equipment in completion of duties. Must possess sufficient physical ability to perform necessary lifting, lift and carry 70 lbs., standing, climbing, walking, etc. Must possess demonstrated leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students, staff, administrators, and parents. Satisfy all statutory provisions governing a criminal record background check including submission of all pre-employment requirements.
