About the Position You will be responsible for proper management of phone calls, customer support, and web inquiry leads for the purpose of providing a world class customer experience.
Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls
Identify and access the customer needs to maintain high customer satisfaction
Meet sales and service goals
Learn product lines
Study and implement the Woodland Sales Methodology
Fulfill the certification requirements for NFI (National Fireplace Institute) certificate
Fulfill the call center scheduled shift requirements
SR is responsible to transfer calls and inquiries to TSR/SSR team for items that are outside of the training scope
Proper management of all leads and tickets
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications People, selling and organizational skills
Computer and internet proficiency
Ability to type at least 30WPM
Technical sales ability
Consistent punctuality
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Self-motivated with the ability to work with a large degree of independence
Education High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation commensurate with experience
