Phlebotomist – Patient-Focused Lab Specialist

Full-Time / Contract (based on hiring needs)

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join a fast-paced clinical environment. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of patient care—ensuring accurate specimen collection while delivering a positive and professional patient experience.

Specimen Collection & Patient Care

Clearly explain collection procedures to patients in a professional and reassuring manner

Lab Operations & Compliance

Perform equipment maintenance and decontamination duties

Participate in annual training and continuous education

Administrative & Support Tasks

Update and verify patient information in systems

Support workflow improvements and assist with training when required

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Phlebotomy Certification (where required by state)

Team-oriented environment focused on quality and efficiency

Accurate specimen collection and processing every time

Reliable support of lab operations and workflow

This is a Contract position based out of Grapevine, TX.
