Are you an experienced welder looking to grow your career in manufacturing or construction? Express Employment Professionals is hiring MIG Welders, TIG Welders , and Fabricators for multiple companies in and around Lincoln, NE. These are full-time, evaluation-to-hire positions with long-term potential.
Weld and fabricate metal structures and components using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques
Assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
Use plasma cutting equipment to cut metal pieces to spec
Solder or braze metal parts as needed
Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
Perform routine maintenance on welding and fabrication tools
1+ year of experience as a welder or fabricator in a manufacturing or construction setting required
- Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, or both
- Positions available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
