Adhere to and ensure the enforcement of WyoTech policies and procedures as stated in the Employee Handbook; Advise students on attendance, grades, professionalism, and personal problems to ensure completion of their career program

Submit grades, tests, attendance, and all other material; Encourage students to do safe, quality work with safety precautions

Maintain and attend to the repair of class equipment and tool inventory. Attend scheduled instructor meetings, graduation, and registration; Communicate effectively with all WyoTech faculty and staff

Have supplemental teaching items ready; A combination of the following experience and training, or the equivalent of, would be qualifying. Candidates must also meet state certification, regulatory agencies, and accrediting body requirements, including but not limited to:

High school diploma, GED, or a culmination of equivalent work experience

Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in the diesel industry as an experienced technician working on medium/heavy duty trucks, off-highway equipment, or other industrial applications requiring skills in diesel engines, emissions, hydraulics, chassis, transmissions, a/c, transport refrigeration, electrical and electronic systems, CNG and LNG systems, drivability diagnostics, and EV experience

Be proficient in the use of computers; Must be able to pick up on software used in an educational environment
