Communications Coordinator

As a CBRE Communications Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day coordination and communications support in a training facility to help ensure a strong trainee experience. You will consult with internal partners and outside vendors to create written and visual communication plans. This job is part of the Communications job function. They are responsible for developing internal and external communications that are related to organizational values, strategy, and performance. The role is 100% on-site (Monday-Friday) and is highly hands-on, requiring someone who is responsive, organized, comfortable interacting with trainees and trainers, and able to quickly coordinate requests between the training facility and client.

Building relationships with participants and trainers to monitor program sentiment, capture compelling success stories, and prepare individuals for speaking engagements.

Drafting and editing internal and external communication including presentations, email memos, etc. Cultivating content for social media channels, tracking, and reporting on outcomes and engagement.

Managing and tracking media databases and coverage.

Serving as the on-site point of contact for guests and leadership, managing facility tours, coordinating schedules, and troubleshooting any last-minute needs.

Ensuring successful training program graduations by assisting with event logistics, speaker preparation, etc.

Conducting background research and content development for speeches and presentations.

Receiving and reviewing confidential information and developing executive messaging.

Assisting management with advanced administrative needs.

Collaborating with management and communication teams to understand project outcomes and needs. Helping with complex projects and PR strategies.

Maintaining knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices within the communications space.

Impacting the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
