Marketing Associate

CBI works with mission-driven organizations to help important causes reach more people, strengthen community awareness, and generate the support needed to keep their work moving forward. As our presence in Indianapolis grows, we’re adding a Marketing Associate to the team. You’ll be part of the team responsible for taking our clients’ campaigns into the market - learning their mission, understanding what they want to achieve, and helping turn that message into conversations that inspire people to get involved. The Experience This isn’t a position where you’ll spend your day behind a desk watching campaigns from the sidelines. You’ll gain practical experience in how campaigns are delivered, how audiences respond, and how effective communication contributes to measurable results. Day to day, that means: Learning the story, mission, and objectives behind each campaign Representing nonprofit and mission-led organizations across the Indianapolis market Creating engaging conversations around current initiatives Building awareness and generating new supporter interest Contributing toward campaign acquisition and performance goals Tracking feedback and identifying patterns from campaign interactions Working closely with the team to continuously improve results A Place to Build We’re not expecting you to arrive knowing everything. CBI provides hands-on training, regular coaching, and the opportunity to build your capabilities through experience. You’ll start by mastering campaign delivery and communication, with the potential to broaden your responsibilities as your performance develops.
