Material Handler / Loader Overnight

Baxter seeks a Material Handler for the night shift (6:45pm-6:45am) at its Marion, North Carolina facility. The role involves supplying materials to pouching lines, operating industrial equipment, inspecting sterile pharmaceutical products, and maintaining cleanroom standards in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Transport filled and assembled bags via powered industrial truck to sterilization
Supply truck loader with empty trucks and stage production materials per bill of materials
Operate and adjust automated truck loading machinery and over-pouchers
Visually inspect bags for defects and log findings in manufacturing systems
Perform scheduled quality checks using gauges and scales; clear line alarms as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old
One year manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to obtain Worksaver Operator and Inspector certifications
Basic English written and oral communication skills
Ability to read work instructions with words and drawings
Basic math and computer skills
Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and pass PIT physical
