Manage and facilitate implementation and coordination of small, multiple programs, or portions of larger programs that affect and involve business unit activities. Coordinate broader site, enterprise, and partner-facing programs that extend beyond Comms, Culture, and Engagement internal operating system and require cross-functional alignment. Coordinate with department leaders of initiatives from concepts through planning, analysis, design, testing, and implementation phases.
