Neutral Street
Identify and attract top-tier student talent from elite universities globally. You will be the face of Neutral Street on campus.
Responsibilities Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies for targeted universities
Organize and attend career fairs, hackathons, and trading competitions
Manage the full cycle of the intern and new grad interview process
Build relationships with professors and student organizations
Requirements 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in campus recruiting for tech/finance
Willingness to travel during peak recruiting seasons
Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
Passion for finding and nurturing exceptional talent
