You'll work directly with ownership to design systems, streamline operations, improve onboarding, support recruiting, optimize technology, and help create an environment where our agents can focus on serving clients while you ensure the business runs efficiently behind the scenes.

As our Director of Operations, you'll be responsible for designing, improving, and managing the systems that keep our business running efficiently.
Operations & Systems
Build and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Become the internal expert on Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, Trainual, Canva, Slack, AI tools, and Google Workspace
Agent Onboarding & Training
Coordinate training with Associate Managers
Schedule and manage social media content
Recruiting Operations
Build and maintain our recruiting pipeline
Design and manage the client care program
Improve our long-term database and follow-up systems

Track key performance indicators
Monitor lead management and operational compliance
Organize open house materials
Manage office systems and operational logistics
You're the type of person who loves checklists, workflows, organization, technology, and making businesses run better.

Comfortable learning new software quickly
Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping details

Operations management
Project management
Real estate operations (preferred but not required)
CRM experience (Follow Up Boss preferred)
Trainual, Dotloop, Canva, or similar platforms
Team leadership or office management
