Litigation and Compliance Attorney - Remote

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to recruit a fully remote Litigation Attorney. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution while working independently in a remote environment. The firm is seeking a motivated legal professional with strong litigation skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to effectively represent clients across a variety of civil litigation matters. Manage a caseload through all phases of litigation from initial case evaluation through settlement, trial, or resolution

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
• Develop litigation strategies and evaluate liability, damages, and case exposure
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, legal strategy, and risk assessment
• Prepare detailed case evaluations, status reports, and litigation updates
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, experts, and outside vendors to effectively manage matters
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines, procedural rules, and client reporting requirements
• Prior litigation experience in a law firm environment
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with legal research platforms, document management systems, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting while maintaining productivity and responsiveness

Experience handling civil litigation matters in areas such as commercial litigation, insurance defense, employment law, professional liability, construction litigation, personal injury, or general liability

• Experience working directly with clients and providing strategic legal guidance
• This opportunity is well suited for a litigation attorney seeking the flexibility of a fully remote practice while continuing to build courtroom, negotiation, and case management experience within a collaborative law firm environment.
