Job Summary The Firm's Receptionist is required to welcome and attend to client and visitor needs on the phone, in-person and via email in addition to light clerical tasks. Usual Hours - Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - Reporting Structure
Receptionist reports to the Administrative Manager
The Administrative Manager reports to the COO
Answers telephone, screens and directs calls
- Provides general administrative and clerical support as needed by the firm to accomplish the mission of providing its clients with courteous and efficient service
- Shows enthusiasm for the job and projects a positive attitude
- Exhibits the utmost respect for financial controls governed by multiple public and private sources and internal firm policies and procedures respecting proper file handling
- Ability to hear on the telephone
Ability to see (with correction) small printed documents
Manual and finger dexterity for typing
High school diploma or equivalent
- Hands on experience with general office equipment (copier, fax, scan, etc.)
- Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, MS Word, etc.)
- Customer Service attitude and professional appearance a must
