Purpose The Agency Producer is responsible for managing and executing Invisible Dynamics and Invisible Productions portfolio of campaign and shoot production efforts, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. Acting as a key connector between Agency and Production services, this role requires a detail-oriented problem-solver with a talent for keeping projects on track, fostering collaboration, and aligning everyone around shared goals. The Campaign Producer is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, managing timelines, supporting bidding and SOW creation, and implementing best practices that establish Invisible Dynamics and Invisible Productions as industry leaders.
Essential Skills You have in-depth knowledge of the production process for campaigns of varying sizes and scales. You are a natural organizer and strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have experience working in creative industries like fashion, wellness, and retail, and are comfortable adapting to new challenges and keeping teams focused on delivering high-quality work. You can juggle multiple projects, anticipate roadblocks, and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams by providing transparency and ensuring projects stay aligned with project goals.
Responsibilities Project Management Support Invisible Dynamics and Invisible Productions teams in overseeing the full lifecycle of active production projects from kickoff and concepting to pre-production through post-production, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Serve as the throughline between Invisible Dynamics and Invisible Productions for projects that engage both entities.
Own the planning, scheduling, and execution of all assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client, agency, and production objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects, coordinating across creative, strategic, and client service teams to maintain a seamless workflow.
Monitor project progress, identifying risks and proactively addressing challenges to maintain schedules and budgets.
Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, maintaining exceptional creative and production standards.
Campaign Production Create competitive and accurate bids for prospective projects.
Develop and manage production project plans, budgets, and schedules, optimizing resource allocation.
Hire, onboard, and manage production teams, maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
Help to align resources, vendors, and key partners for upcoming projects.
Collaborate with directors, producers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of creative visions.
Take awarded projects into production as Line Producer when needed.
Manage all aspects of the post-production process with vendors, clients, and the agency team to ensure assets for review are organized, communications and expectations are clear, and delivery is done on time.
Compile the final campaign production internal wrap report for tracking and reporting purposes.
Business Development, Operations, & Administration Identify and develop opportunities to expand Invisible Productions’ services within both new and existing client accounts.
Support, as needed, with the creation of proposals, pitches, and presentations that highlight Invisible Productions’ value and capabilities.
Represent Invisible Productions at industry events to build relationships, foster partnerships, and enhance the company's visibility.
Support the Invisible Productions’ social media and marketing strategies and efforts.
Maintain and improve production workflows, folder structures, and organizational tools to enhance team efficiency.
Assist in updating the internal production bible, documenting learnings, and introducing innovative practices to improve production processes.
Ensure compliance with finance and expense procedures, working cross-functionally to uphold company policies.
Process Efficiency Collaborate across teams to streamline processes, align on project goals, timelines, and budgets, and ensure efficient delivery.
Conduct end-of-project evaluations, gathering feedback to refine processes, and increase project efficiency.
Use data insights to assess project performance, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement aligned with KPIs.
Logistical Requirements The Agency Producer will be based out of our Los Angeles office, with a commitment to in-person collaboration. Monday - Thursday required in office, optional Work-from-home Fridays. For candidates based in New York or London, working structure will be defined. The salary range for this role is $120,000-$140,000 annually (based on location and experience) with medical, dental, vision, life insurance and unlimited PTO.
Travel within the US and internationally may be required based on client and company needs. As a full-time employee, the role may involve working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client deadlines.
