Fluxergy is a rapidly growing in vitro diagnostics company innovating on the cutting-edge of laboratory testing. We’re developing the first and only multi-modal point-of-care platform that enables molecular, clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and hematology testing on the same system.

Our platform spans many markets including the clinical, veterinary, and food safety industries. We are seeking self-motivated problem solvers who are excited to help decentralize traditional laboratory infrastructure.

You’re naturally curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by building something meaningful—not just maintaining it. Ensure firmware reliability, performance, and quality across all stages of development

Explore and implement new methodologies to enhance existing features, backed by data-driven analysis

Build internal tools to support development, testing, and team efficiency

Familiarity with embedded Linux, Yocto, and at least one RTOS

• Proficiency in C (C98) and C++ (C++11)
• Willingness to experiment, iterate, and apply quantitative analysis to improve systems
• Ability to work effectively across teams and clearly document and share work
• Background in medical devices or similar industries is highly valued
