As a Remote Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll help prospective customers understand their risks, identify gaps in their protection, and make informed decisions for themselves and their families.

Connect with prospective customers by phone, video, text, and email

Ask thoughtful questions to understand customers' needs, goals, and concerns

Recommend personalized insurance solutions for auto, home, life, disability, and related products

Proactively manage leads and follow-up activity throughout the sales process

Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication

Maintain an organized sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM

Participate in daily virtual huddles, coaching, sales training, and team development

This is consultative selling, not high-pressure sales . We focus on asking the right questions, educating customers, and helping them make informed decisions.

Remote work requires accountability, consistency, and initiative. You’ll always know what’s expected because we believe great coaching starts with clear goals.

Create quality conversations with prospective customers

Produce approximately 50 new applications each month

Write at least two life insurance policies monthly

Manage their pipeline and follow-up without needing constant reminders

Participate actively in coaching and team meetings

Want your income to reflect your performance

Are productive and disciplined while working remotely

Communicate confidently over the phone and video

Are comfortable initiating conversations with prospective customers

Enjoy helping people make important financial decisions

Are interested in leadership, high-level sales, or potentially owning a business one day

Self-motivated in a remote environment

Comfortable talking with customers by phone

Organized and able to manage multiple sales opportunities

Team-oriented, even while working remotely

Willing to obtain required Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses

No insurance experience is required.

Previous sales, customer-facing, business development, or relationship-building experience is helpful, but we’re willing to invest in the right person who demonstrates the qualities we’re looking for.
