Forward Deployed Strategist - Start Up Growth - SF
This venture-backed AI company is building a new layer of human-computer interaction — combining advanced AI with the reliability of traditional software. The platform enables enterprises to automate complex, high-stakes workflows using an English-based programming model that blends structured logic with natural language.
Today, the platform powers mission-critical operations across Fortune 500 organizations with consistently high production quality at global scale.
As a Forward Deployed Strategist, you’ll work directly with some of the world’s largest enterprises to implement automation that fundamentally changes how teams operate. This is not incremental improvement — you’ll help replace legacy workflows that organizations have relied on for decades.
You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer leadership, owning deployments end-to-end — from early pilots through global rollouts. If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, building trusted relationships inside major organizations, and delivering real operational transformation, this role offers a rare opportunity to help define how modern enterprises run.
Lead deployments with large enterprise customers from initial pilot to scaled production
Navigate cross-functional stakeholders across operations, technical teams, and executive leadership
Identify opportunities to expand automation and grow customer impact globally
Capture repeatable deployment patterns and share insights with product and engineering teams
5+ years in a strategic, technical, or customer-facing role (deployment, consulting, enterprise account leadership, operations strategy, etc.)
Technical fluency to engage with product and implementation discussions
Exceptional relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization
Clear communicator with strong project management instincts and ownership mindset
Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other enterprise-heavy industries
Background working with enterprise systems or operational transformation initiatives
Help shape how AI is deployed inside real organizations
