Civil Litigation Attorney | Atlanta | $150K-$175K

The firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney (3+ years) to join its dynamic team handling a diverse portfolio of complex civil and commercial disputes.
Compensation and Benefits: Base pay range $150,000-$175,000 per year. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, and clear pathways for professional advancement.

Key Duties:
Represent clients in a range of civil litigation matters, including business torts, contract disputes, and professional liability defense.
Handle all phases of litigation—pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trials.
Develop case strategy, advise clients on risks and resolutions, and negotiate settlements.
Collaborate with partners and peers on appellate matters and complex legal issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of civil litigation or commercial litigation experience.
Strong advocacy, drafting, and courtroom presentation skills.
Georgia Bar admission required.
Full-time, in-office position in Atlanta.
