Head of Business to Business Operations

Job Description We are a growing automotive services company specializing in ADAS calibration, diagnostics, automotive maintenance, and repair . We are looking for an experienced Director of Business Development & Operations to help accelerate our growth.

This is a business-development-focused leadership position for someone who understands the collision repair and automotive repair industries and knows how to develop relationships and generate new business.

The right candidate will spend significant time in the field meeting customers, developing partnerships, and creating new revenue opportunities , while also providing leadership and oversight of our service-center operations.

Develop and execute business-development strategies to grow revenue and market share.

Identify and pursue new customers and strategic partnerships.

Build relationships with collision repair facilities, MSOs, dealerships, automotive repair shops, fleet operators, and other industry partners .

Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls and customer visits .

Develop referral relationships and recurring business opportunities.

Create and implement local and regional marketing strategies.

Grow revenue from existing customers while developing new accounts.

Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and automotive industry functions.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Provide leadership and oversight of service-center operations.

Work with center managers and technicians to maintain quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Proven experience in the collision repair, automotive repair, dealership, ADAS, or related automotive industry .

Strong understanding of collision and automotive maintenance/repair operations.

Demonstrated business-development or sales experience.

Strong existing automotive industry relationships are a major plus.

Experience developing new accounts and generating revenue.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable meeting directly with business owners, executives, and managers.

Willing to spend significant time out in the market developing business .

Success will be measured by business growth , including:

New customers and accounts.

Growth within existing accounts.

Strategic partnerships.

Sales pipeline development.
