Head of Operations, Managed Transportation

Operations Supervisor
PSC Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations, developing employees, and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualified candidates interested in relocation opportunities are encouraged to apply.
Lead and supervise daily operations while promoting a strong safety culture
Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity
Manage employee performance through coaching, training, and accountability
Coordinate personnel, equipment, and work schedules to meet operational and customer needs
Collaborate with PSC's commercial team to sustain and grow the site's book of business through proactive identification of opportunities and scope expansions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, and leadership
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Adaptable and organized with the ability to manage changing priorities
Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and team development
Willingness to relocate for career growth opportunities
Industrial, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or related experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to wear required PPE and pass any associated medical evaluations
Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, and other site conditions
Monday - Friday Day Shift (Some weekends required)
