HR Generalist - Full-time Hourly position

HR Generalist
LHH is partnering with an established organization in Valley Center to hire an HR Generalist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The position supports a variety of HR functions including benefits, leaves of absence, recruitment, and employee relations, with many processes currently managed manually.
Support day-to-day HR operations including employee inquiries and issue resolution
Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and coordination
Maintain and update HR documentation, records, and employee files
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism
Ensure accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping across manual and internal systems
Partner with internal teams to support HR processes and improvements
2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or related role

• Comfortable working in environments with manual HR processes and documentation
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
