A manufacturing company in  Escondido is hiring a bilingual  Manufacturing Administrator for a  Full-Time, Temporary 90-day position. Schedule is  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays as needed . This role supports plant operations through production timekeeping, payroll support, employee training, Excel reporting, skill matrix management, new product launches, and communication with sales and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage production hours, time corrections, and payroll-related questions.
• Coordinate employee training and maintain Skill Matrix reports.
• Support new product launches and cross-functional projects.
• Manage sales requests, order changes, and production updates.
• Prepare Fill Sheets and maintain production reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 4 years of plant administrative experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Manufacturing/plant administration experience and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and lift up to 45 lbs.
