Weekend REQ: 2 weekends a month

Certs REQ: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Is on-call REQ? N

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)

Open to accommodating block schedule? N

Same Rate Pending License accepted: N

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's 40 hrs for 8/10's

Special Requirements: Epic experience at a 3 or 4 required. Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.
