We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our restaurant managers and staff, providing expert guidance on all personnel‑related matters. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract management to exit procedures, ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate personnel records, handling employment law cases, and supporting our international trainee programs. Additionally, you will contribute to the digital transformation of HR processes, ensuring efficient workflows and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate should possess a completed commercial or HR-related qualification or degree, with a preference for those holding additional certifications such as a Personnel Specialist qualification. Relevant professional experience in generalist HR functions is essential, demonstrating confidence and legal certainty in handling personnel issues. Solid knowledge of employment law and basic understanding of payroll preparation and data protection regulations are advantageous. The candidate should exhibit meticulous, structured, and autonomous working habits, paired with a discreet and hands‑on approach. Fluency in German is mandatory, while proficiency in English is beneficial for supporting our international trainees. Serve as the first point of contact and advisor for restaurant managers and employees, addressing all personnel and employment law questions with professionalism and empathy.

Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including contract negotiations, preparation of payroll data in collaboration with external payroll providers, and handling employee exits.

Oversee personnel administration tasks such as issuing employment certificates, maintaining personnel data, and managing digital personnel files in compliance with data protection regulations.

Handle employment law cases, including contract amendments, warnings, and terminations, ensuring all actions are legally compliant and well‑coordinated with management.

Manage housing arrangements for employees and trainees, including international trainees, and oversee the international trainee program.

Maintain HR key figures and contribute to the digitalization of HR workflows, enhancing efficiency and data accuracy.
