Technical Sourcing Recruiter
We're looking for a highly motivated Technical Sourcing Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for infrastructure and technical positions. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent while meeting aggressive recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment.

Herndon, VA 20170
Key Responsibilities

Source and engage technical talent through multiple channels.
Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring.
Manage candidate submissions and recruitment data within

ATS

platforms.
Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
Complete a structured onboarding program and begin building active pipelines within the first two weeks.
Consistently meet recruiting performance metrics.
Performance Expectations

Achieve approximately 100 recruiting points per month.
Average 4–6 hires per month.
Conduct around 20 onsite interviews per month.
Complete 20–25 phone screens per month.
Maintain high levels of sourcing activity, candidate outreach, and pipeline generation.
Required Qualifications

• 2–7+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years preferred).
• Strong experience with Boolean search and advanced search string (keystring) creation.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles.

Pay Range: $35/hr. – $50/hr.
