Alternative Dispute Resolution Paralegal
Job Type: Full-Time - Hybrid

With hundreds of experienced professionals and locations nationwide, the organization delivers exceptional client service, advanced technology, and flexible in-person, virtual, and hybrid options.
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Alternative Dispute Resolution Paralegal for a full-time role in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate has strong case management, legal support, or paralegal experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment with significant client interaction. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, arbitrators, mediators, judges, and other parties
Prepare, organize, and distribute case-related documents, correspondence, and materials
Support judges with scheduling, materials, and administrative coordination throughout the life of the case
Follow internal procedures, case management protocols, and administrative requirements
Assist with final case closing and administrative wrap-up once matters are resolved
4+ years of experience in paralegal, case management, legal support, litigation support, or ADR administration
~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management or database systems
Prior experience in arbitration, mediation, legal services, or litigation support
