Commercial / Commercial Real Estate Lender

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation ("Company"), a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap, Inc. is seeking a Transaction Manager, Capital Markets, to manage and close commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. Manage and process commercial real estate debt and equity transactions from engagement to closing.

Perform thorough review and abstract details of title related documents, including purchase and sale agreements, title reports, surveys, escrow instructions and related closing documents.

Responsible for document file management, both electronic and physical files, maintaining property database and various administrative duties.

Coordinate third-party inspections.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing commercial real estate transactions (brokerage, title company, mortgage banker, law firm).

Bachelor's degree required.

Understand standard real estate documents such as REAs, estoppel certificates and leases.

Proficient in Salesforce.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and aptitude for learning various other programs.
