Legal Assistant / Paralegal (Commercial Litigation)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-driven Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support attorneys within a dynamic and collaborative legal environment. This role blends traditional legal support responsibilities with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and modernize internal processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and interested in applying emerging technologies within a legal setting.

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to attorneys

Prepare, format, edit, and organize legal documents and correspondence

Assist with drafting and reviewing materials while ensuring accuracy and consistency

Conduct legal and general research using both conventional tools and AI-enabled platforms

Maintain organized electronic files within document management systems

Support implementation and testing of new legal technology solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of legal operations

Prior experience in a legal, corporate, or professional services environment preferred

Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Familiarity with legal documentation, terminology, or court procedures is a plus

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with document management or research tools preferred

Basic knowledge of data analysis, process improvement, or project coordination
