Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more while following established protocols.
Analyze test results for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
Thoroughly document all procedures, onboard new staff or students, and consistently uphold laboratory quality standards.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment while adhering to all necessary regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in quality assurance and documentation.
