OTB & Casinos

America's second oldest horse racing track, the Fair Grounds has been a New Orleans staple since 1852. We are a premiere entertainment venue presenting thoroughbred & exotic animal races, slots, video poker and simulcasting year-round. Located in New Orleans, Fair Grounds operates a slot-machine gaming facility and 13 off-track betting parlors throughout southeast Louisiana.

Security Officers protects the property from vandalism, theft and other illegal activity. Casino security officers also protect the casino funds/money during transport through various destinations. Officer(s) must enforce all safety and security protocol related to slots, racing or backside operations.

Safeguards the company’s assets.

Maintains security in the entire slot facility during assigned shift.

Enforces the company’s policies and procedures.

Prepares Guest Accident Reports and Security Incident Reports.

Escorts, coins, and cash.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of staff. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties.
