Description

Perform assessments for patients in both inpatient and outpatient scenarios, formulating personalized treatment strategies
Deliver physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality
Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, plans for discharge, and exercises for home reinforcement
Accurately document evaluations, treatment provided, and progress achieved in compliance with institutional and legal standards
Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care
Education
~ Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications
