Field Test Coordinator / Project Manager Location: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional after-hours support required for collaboration with international stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Field Test Coordinator / Project Manager to support field validation and equipment repower activities for ongoing projects. This role requires strong project management capabilities, technical expertise in engines and OEM systems, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders, drive project execution, and ensure the successful completion of field testing initiatives.
Coordinate and execute field validation and testing activities for ongoing projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering teams, product teams, international stakeholders, and external partners.
Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and communications across multiple teams.
Lead and coordinate equipment and vehicle repower activities, including engine installation, validation, and troubleshooting.
Support field test events at designated locations and provide onsite coordination during critical project milestones.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
Ensure alignment of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables across globally distributed teams.
Drive accountability among internal teams and external partners to meet commitments and project milestones.
Proven experience in Project Management and project coordination.
Hands-on experience with vehicle or equipment repower projects .
Field testing

Commissioning projects
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally to Canada.
Knowledge of field validation processes and testing methodologies.
Experience collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
