Our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to support Human Resources operations, recruitment, and executive administrative functions. This role provides administrative support to HR leadership while coordinating talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities. Provide administrative support to HR leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence

Maintain confidential HR information, files, and employee records

Manage phone and email communications and coordinate meetings, presentations, and project deadlines

Support the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and administering pre-employment requirements

Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee setup activities

Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with new hire experiences

Partner with internal teams to ensure efficient HR operations and provide administrative support for special projects as needed

1–2 years of administrative support experience preferred

• Human Resources experience preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and customer service skills
