Groundskeeper for Property Management Company

Perform routine maintenance of buildings such as fixing structural damage like window, door, wall repair, painting

Repair leaks, minor plumbing issues, change water fixtures

Grounds keeping and landscaping

Operate landscaping equipment such as mower, weed-whacker/edger, chainsaw, blower

Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment

Operate power equipment such as saws, sanders, drills

Assist in special projects as and when required

Experience performing routine maintenance and landscaping

Experience in facilities maintenance experience preferred but not required
