This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with 1-3 years of recent HR Coordinator or HR Administrative experience who is looking to expand their career in a collaborative and employee-focused environment.

Process HRIS transactions and employee data updates
Maintain personnel files and HR records
Schedule interviews and support recruiting activities
Coordinate new hire orientation logistics
Assist with HR reporting and audits
Maintain accurate HR documentation and records
1-3 years of recent HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR Administrative experience

• Experience working with HRIS systems and employee records
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
