Benefits & Leave Coordinator
We are seeking a temporary Benefits & Leave Coordinator to support the Total Rewards team during a parental leave coverage period. The role will primarily support employee benefits and leave administration, including open enrollment planning and employee inquiry management. The resource will also provide backup to the Benefits Analyst and Leave Coordinator when out and offer administrative support to compensation and ongoing Total Rewards initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, leaves of absence, and open enrollment
Provide backup support to the Benefits Analyst and Leave Coordinator when out of office
Assist with Open Enrollment planning and execution, including system testing, communications, and employee support during the enrollment window
Provide administrative support to the Compensation team, including uploading/updating job descriptions in SAI360 and formatting/typing role summaries
Provide support to ongoing Total Rewards projects
Serve as backup for Benefits Analyst and Leave Coordinator during absences
Assist with open enrollment system setup, testing, communications, and employee support
Upload and update job descriptions in SAI360; format and finalize content for Compensation team
Support administrative tasks across ongoing Total Rewards projects
Experience/Preferred Skills Required:
Combined 24 years of experience in employee benefits and leave of absence administration
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant HR/benefits experience
Familiarity with open enrollment processes and benefits communication
Comfort navigating benefit systems and general HR tools (experience with UKG Pro and UKG Benefits Administration a plus)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Self-starter who is proactive and reliable
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
