Job Summary:
Centerpoint Medical Center is seeking an advanced practice provider to join a busy family medicine practice in Blue Springs, Missouri.
Qualified Candidates:
Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program
Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and mental health screenings to identify acute and chronic conditions
Develop and manage individualized care plans for a wide range of health issues, from common illnesses to long-term chronic diseases
Perform and/or assist with procedures such as wound care, suturing, skin biopsies, and other minor interventions
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
