Attorney - associate - law

Musick Peeler is seeking an experienced insurance coverage attorney to join the firm's busy Insurance Coverage Practice Group. This position is available for the Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura County or San Diego office. The work includes writing coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage disputes in diverse types of coverage cases, including CGL, advertising injury, D&O, professional liability, workers’ compensation, and first party property cases. The candidate should be a driven team player with excellent analytical abilities, persuasive research, writing and speaking skills, and possess a strong academic background.
