Overnight Triage Nurse (Remote)

Provide clinical assessment and nursing triage to a wide variety of patients across the health continuum and/or health education to culturally diverse populations
Assists in directing patient to the most appropriate level of care
Provide telephonic health information and nursing education
Assists and empowers patients to make better health care decisions
Helps patients to participate in other external programs or resources available to them to improve their health
Work in collaboration with Telehealth providers by referring appropriate patients who may benefit from a “virtual care visit”
Nursing Degree (Diploma, ADN, BSN) required

Active, unrestricted RN licensure in the state where the candidate resides with the ability to obtain multi-state licensure is required
Hospital experience on medical-surgical, critical care, or inpatient care setting preferred
Experience in Emergency Room, EMT, or Triage experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all members of the healthcare team (nurses, physicians, care managers, social workers, etc.)
Understand health insurance, community resources, and other areas associated with coordinating community-based healthcare
Decisiveness and attention to details as well as proficiency with technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
Knowledge of Hospital Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
Remote - United States, must be able to work hours listed below.

Night Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00pm - 4:00am CT
27.00 - 40.00 USD per hour This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
