shift Restaurant Server -

You will support our commitment to bringing the best of who we are to deliver perfectly tailored service to each guest. As a Server, you’ll help provide each customer with an AUS-SOME dining experience that makes their day better.

Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences.

Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; be able to recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders.

Assist with assembly of food and condiments, following Outback standards. Be a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during your shift.

Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
